What sort of information do you need to sell the business?

In order to accurately value your business, and have all the information for a prospective buyer, we request a significant amount of information up front. There are several reasons why we do this – One, you can run your business as usual after we activate your engagement because we will have all the information available to provide to the buyer while they are excited about the opportunity. Second, as the process of selling your business continues, all we will really need are updated financials. Third, we want to have everything on file up front for a buyer to write an offer.
